For all questions about any Thinkb8 app, send a message to support@thinkb8.com.
Please include the name of the app, your device (iPhone 14 / Samsung A53 / etc.), and a brief description of what’s happening. Screenshots are very welcome.
We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
ZenBlok
Drag any of the three available blocks onto the 9×9 grid. When a row, column, or 3×3 region fills up, it clears and you score points. There is no time pressure.
The game ends when none of the three blocks fit on the board. Plan ahead by leaving space for larger pieces.
Blocks fall from the top. Drag left and right to move, tap to rotate, or swipe down for a hard drop. Fill complete rows to clear them and score.
Choose Classic for normal gravity, Flip for inverted gravity (blocks rise), or FlipFlop where gravity changes automatically.
Story mode is a 60-level journey across four chapters: The Signal City, The Gilded Ruins, The Deep Forest, and Into the Void. Each chapter uses one of the four themes (NEO, GOLD, WOOD, ICE) and tells a small piece of Yori’s adventure.
Levels get progressively harder. Complete all 15 levels in a chapter to unlock the chapter art and a quote.
One new puzzle every day, the same for everyone. Complete it to keep your streak going. Miss a day and your streak resets to zero.
Daily Challenge is a Zen-mode puzzle and takes about 5–10 minutes to complete.
No. ZenBlok is a one-time premium purchase. Buy it once and the entire game is yours forever, including all themes, both games, the Story journey, and Daily Challenge. Future updates are included free.
There are no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases of any kind.
Not currently. Your progress is saved locally on each device. We are looking into iCloud / Google Play Games sync for a future update.
Check that your device is not on silent mode. Sound effects only play when the device is unmuted.
Also check Settings inside the app — there are separate toggles for music and sound effects.
If the music plays at first but cuts out, try closing the app and reopening it.
If progress was lost without warning, please email support@thinkb8.com with your device model and the version of the app (you can find it in Settings → About).
If the app crashes, try uninstalling and reinstalling. Note that this will reset local progress, since data is stored on the device.
ClearSend
You paste a message you’re about to send. ClearSend reads it and points out phrases that might land differently than you intend — things that come across as critical, dismissive, or passive-aggressive.
It is not a rewriter. It does not change your text. It is a mirror that shows you how your words might be received, so you can decide whether to change anything.
Your text is sent to a language model API for analysis and immediately discarded. There is no message history, no account, no logging of content.

ClearSend is currently in beta testing. We expect to launch on the App Store later in 2026. Watch thinkb8.com for updates.
BlinkMore
Open BlinkMore and grant notification permission when prompted. The default is a gentle reminder every 20 minutes during configured active hours.
You can adjust the interval and active hours in Settings.
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → BlinkMore and ensure notifications are allowed.
Also check that Focus Mode (Do Not Disturb) is not blocking BlinkMore.
If you are still not receiving them, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Yes, BlinkMore is completely free. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
General troubleshooting
- Try closing the app completely (swipe it away from the app switcher) and reopening it.
- Restart your device — this fixes more issues than people expect.
- Make sure your operating system is updated to the latest version.
- Make sure the app itself is updated to the latest version (App Store / Play Store → Updates).
